Shipping policy
At Bisous Lu, we aim to deliver you package quickly, safely, and beautifully packaged.
Made to order
Every piece is embroidered just for you, so nothing is kept in stock. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to be made and delivered. We aim to get it to you as soon as possible, and most orders arrive in around 3 weeks.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Delivery costs
- UK delivery: £3.50
- Free UK delivery on orders over £40
The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking number and link so you can follow your parcel. You can also check progress on our Order Lookup page. Tracking can take a day or two to start updating after dispatch.
Your address and wording
Please check your delivery address and your personalisation carefully before you order. Because every piece is made to order, we may not be able to change your wording, font, thread colour or address once it’s been sent to our maker. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away at info@bisouslu.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Late or missing orders
If your order hasn’t arrived after 4 weeks, or the tracking hasn’t moved for 7 days, please email us at info@bisouslu.com with your order number. We’ll look into it and put it right.
Customs, taxes and duties
All prices include any taxes that apply. If you are ever asked to pay anything extra on delivery, please contact us before paying.
